How to request deletion
To delete your account and associated data, send an email to our support address below. Please include the email address linked to your account so we can locate and remove it promptly.
Steps to follow
Email support@duprtraininghub.online with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your Pickleball Skill Lab account
We will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 business days
What data is deleted
Retention period
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data (e.g. general usage statistics) may be retained indefinitely.
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your progress, badges, and practice history cannot be recovered.
